Quick Summary: These terms govern your use of JIG Team CRM. By using our Services, you agree to these terms. You're responsible for your data and account security. We provide the platform but don't guarantee uptime. Either party can terminate with notice.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and JIG, LLC ("JIG Team," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the JIG Team CRM platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services.

2.2 Account Creation

To use the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Pricing is based on your selected plan and number of users. Current pricing is available at jig.team/pricing.

3.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize automatic renewal unless you cancel

4. Customer Data

4.1 Your Data

"Customer Data" means all data, content, and information you submit to the Services. You retain all rights to your Customer Data.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Data
  • Obtaining necessary consents to collect and process Customer Data
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Backing up Customer Data (exports available via your account)

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
  • Use the Services for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIG TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Term and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
